Stephen Franks has been a dentist since qualifying from University College Hospital, London, in 1990.
His particular interests are restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Stephen works closely with Dr Joe Bhat and the other specialists within the Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre, where he looks after patients who require more complex and challenging restorative and cosmetic care. These include full mouth rehabilitation, smile makeovers and advanced prosthodontic treatments. Stephen has been a clinical teacher at Guys and St Thomas’s Dental School, has published articles on restorative dentistry in professional journals and has lectured to other dentists on complex restorative dentistry. He is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Dentistry and has attended many cosmetic dentistry courses both here and in the USA.
Stephen lives with his wife Beth and their three young children in Edgware, Middlesex.

Dr Steven Werb BSc BChD
Dental Surgeon, Special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry
Steven qualified in 1989 at the University of Stellenbosch, near Cape Town, South Africa.
He joined a multi-disciplinary dental practice in the UK shortly after qualifying and while there developed an interest and passion in Aesthetic/Cosmetic Dentistry.
In 1998 he completed the one year postgraduate Certificate Course in Restorative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, and joined Dentics Cosmetic Dental Studios, in the same year.
He joined the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry in 1999 and attended their Scientific Session in Boston in 2001. Since then, he has continued to attend post-graduate courses, with a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry.
He is a Council Member of the London Chapter of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. Cont'd...

Steven has placed hundreds of Aesthetic restorations and is very experienced in Smile Makeovers and restoring tooth form and function.
He loves the art and science of Cosmetic Dentistry and working together with the patient to create an individual, natural, healthy, functional and beautiful smile. He is dedicated to remaining at the forefront of Cosmetic/Aesthetic Dentistry and regularly attends postgraduate training courses in order to keep up-to-date with the latest advances, techniques and materials.
Outside of dentistry his passions are his family, music and sport. He is married and has three children.
